Pay your rates the easy way by using the direct debit payment system. You authorise us to debit your bank account when a payment is due.

No more remembering payment due dates or waiting in queues.

Contact your financial institution and register to pay your account by phone or internet. Visit www.bpay.com.au for further information.

Take your Rates & Charges Notice single bill to any Post Office to pay using cash, cheque, or EFTPOS. Credit Card Payments are not accepted.

Call 13 18 16 to pay your rates and charges using your **credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. **A Credit surcharge of approximately 0.5% will apply. Your POSTbillpay Billpay code and Reference Number can be found next to the POSTbillpay logo on your Rates & Charges Notice single bill.

Follow the instructions at the top of this page to pay your rates and charges via the secure POSTbillpay payment service using your **credit card (Visa or Mastercard only). **A credit card surcharge of appoximately 0.5% will apply.

Bring your Rates & Charges Notice single bill into our administration centre at 38 Cherry Street, Ballina to pay by cash, cheque, money order, debit card or credit card .

We are open weekdays between 8:15 and 4:30pm (excluding public holidays)
