Request for Quotations (RFQ), Requests for Tender (RFT), Requests for Information (RFI) and Expressions of Interest (EOI) and are published on our eTendering Portal and all specification documents and response forms are available for subscribers to download.
Council’s preferred method of tendering is via the eTendering Portal. Hard copy submissions can be made via Council’s physical Tender Box located in the foyer of Council’s Customer Service Centre at 40 Cherry Street Ballina between 8.15am and 4.30pm on working weekdays.
No other electronic method of submission e.g., email or facsimile, is available.
Respondents should ensure their submissions satisfy the relevant requirements of the General Conditions for Tendering.
