Pay your rates and charges over the phone via credit card (Visa and Mastercard only).
The BPoint biller code is 20404 and the customer reference number is your (6) digit rates assessment number.

Pay your rates the easy way by using the direct debit payment system. You authorise Council to debit your bank account when a payment is due. No more remembering payment due dates or waiting in queues.

Take your Rates & Charges Notice to any Post Office to pay using cash, cheque, or EFTPOS. Credit Card Payments are not accepted.

Bring your Rates & Charges Notice into our Customer Service Centre at 40 Cherry Street, Ballina to pay by cash, cheque, money order, EFTPOS (debit card) or credit card.
