Playgrounds

Playgrounds are great places for kids to play outdoors . In Ballina Shire there are over 45 playgrounds that Council maintains.

Ballina recognises the importance of outdoor recreation in the development of healthy and happy children. The Ballina Council Playground Upgrade Plan has been developed to ensure ongoing improvement of our playground facilities to provide a wide variety of better, safer and more imaginative playgrounds.
