Ballina Shire Council has completed construction of the Wollongbar Residential Estate Stage 3 with the plan of subdivision now registered.
The estate comprises of 30 residential lots and a larger lot designated for a childcare centre.
Council has placed Lot 31 Dundee Avenue Wollongbar on the market for sale by private treaty.
Lot 31 adjoins the new Wollongbar District Park.
