A structure plan identifies how land is intended to be developed or is being developed and provides a broad framework to guide Council when considering subdivision and development proposals.
Cumbalum Structure Plan
The Cumbalum Structure Plan, adopted by Council in July 2006, establishes the planning framework for the future urban development of the Cumbalum Ridge urban release area.
